MISSION STATEMENT:                                                                                                             To identify opportunities for cooperation, that will enhance the quality of life and improve service delivery in the Towns of Champion, Croghan, Denmark, Lowville, and Wilna and the Villages of Carthage, Castorland, Copenhagen, Deferiet, Lowville, and West Carthage, through the analysis, study, and recommendations with respect to organizational and administrative barriers to economic growth and fiscal stability that might exist in and between our communities.
